These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Campervan Rental Guide website and its related booking services (the “Platform”), operated by Orange Ninja Pty Ltd (“Orange Ninja”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Campervan Rental Guide is an online comparison and booking service that allows travellers to research and reserve campervans and motorhomes offered by independent, licensed operators across Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
We operate as an intermediary and publisher, not the owner or operator of any vehicles.

By completing a booking or payment through our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms (including our Privacy Policy).

2. Definitions

“Platform” means the Campervan Rental Guide website and related systems operated by Orange Ninja Pty Ltd.
“Operator” or “Supplier” means any third-party rental company whose vehicles are displayed or bookable via the Platform.
“Booking” means a confirmed reservation made through the Platform.
“Third-party booking engine” means the secure system that facilitates deposits and payments on behalf of the Operator.
“Customer” or “You” means any person using the Platform or making a booking.

3. Scope of Service

Our Platform enables you to search, compare, and book campervan rentals supplied by third-party Operators. When you make a booking, you enter a direct, legally binding contract with the Operator.

We act solely as an intermediary, transmitting booking details to the Operator through our third-party booking engine and sending you confirmation on their behalf.
We do not own, operate, or control any campervans or depots.

4. Affiliate and Booking Relationships

Some links and listings are affiliate links. If you click and book, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Where bookings are completed through our integrated booking engine, we facilitate the process between you and the Operator.
All rental, insurance, and vehicle-use terms are governed by the Operator’s own contract.

5. Pricing and Accuracy

We aim to display current and accurate pricing, vehicle details, and inclusions from each Operator. However:

Prices and availability come from third-party sources and may change without notice.
Prices are displayed in the currency of travel (for example AUD for Australia, NZD for New Zealand, USD for the United States) and include taxes unless otherwise stated.
Obvious errors or misprints are not binding.
Promotional or “crossed-out” rates are valid only for the indicated period.

6. Payments and Deposits

Payments are securely processed by a trusted third-party booking engine on behalf of the Operator.

Deposits and balances are received and remitted by the booking engine or Operator, not directly by Campervan Rental Guide.
We do not hold or refund customer funds directly.
All payments are encrypted and handled through PCI-compliant systems.

Any payment disputes, chargebacks, or refund requests must be directed to the booking engine or Operator. We are not responsible for transaction errors, declines, or refund delays.

7. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

Each Operator has its own cancellation and refund policy. Please review it carefully before booking.

Deposits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
Late arrival or no-show may result in forfeited payment per the Operator’s policy.
Any change or amendment to an existing booking will incur a non-refundable AUD $50 administration fee per change, plus any fees charged by the Operator.
If a booking must be cancelled and re-issued, Campervan Rental Guide may charge a non-refundable AUD $200 service fee per booking, in addition to Operator fees.

We are not liable for cancellations or amendments made by Operators, or for costs arising from such actions.

8. Operator Terms and Conditions

Each campervan rental is subject to the Operator’s individual terms.
You must read and agree to the Operator’s terms before travel.

We are not responsible for broken links or outdated Operator pages but will take reasonable care to keep them current.

9. Post-Booking Communication & Reviews

After booking, you may receive:

Confirmation and payment emails from the Operator or booking engine;
Pre-trip reminders or promotional messages; and
Post-trip review invitations.

We are not responsible for undelivered or misdirected communications due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or technical errors.
Any post-travel complaints must be made directly to the Operator, though we can assist in forwarding correspondence.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, design, and content on Campervan Rental Guide are the property of Orange Ninja Pty Ltd or its licensors.
You may not copy, scrape, deep-link, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability & Operator Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Campervan Rental Guide makes no guarantees as to accuracy, reliability, or suitability of third-party information.
We are not liable for loss, injury, illness, death, property damage, delay, or expenses arising from bookings or services obtained via the Platform.
Operators are solely responsible for:
- The condition, safety, and maintenance of vehicles;
- Licensing, insurance, and regulatory compliance; and
- Tax collection and remittance.
We are not liable for service interruptions, overbookings, strikes, or force majeure events beyond our control.

All claims relating to a booking or vehicle must be directed to the relevant Operator or payment provider.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Campervan Rental Guide and its parent company Orange Ninja Pty Ltd from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or disputes with Operators.

13. Privacy & Cookies

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.
By using the Platform, you consent to cookies and data usage as described there.

14. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, vehicle damage, illness, and other unforeseen events.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of Queensland.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

16. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
